Answer:

  1. PLEASE let us know!  Bring your car back with your receipt within 24 hours and we will make sure to remedy the situation based on the wash you purchased.
  2. We do not offer a rain guarantee.
  3. Your vehicle is cleaned according to the wash you purchased.  Please refer to the Services and Pricing link for specific wash inclusions.
  4. Depending upon the package you purchased and size of your vehicle, we may be taking a longer time at the vac or interior clean part of the wash.
  5. We want to provide a quality wash for you, so we take a little longer.
  6. To remove excess mud it takes extra water, extra chemical, extra labor. In addition, we are required to remove the mud from our used water system. That removal also has a price for the labor to remove the mud and the pump company to pump the system.
  7. It requires extra water, extra chemical and extra labor to clean an oversized vehicle.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR OR EXPECT EXTRA SERVICES FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT PAID!

Mercado del Rio Car Wash is not responsible for damage to or caused by non-retractable antennas or antennas of any kind, loose chrome or molding, cracked, broken or chipped glass or windshields, license plates and frames, wipers, roof racks, valve stems, valuables left in cars, non-standard equipment or add-ons, and any type of bug shield or side mirrors.  Additionally Mercado del Rio Car Wash is not responsible for unlocking self-locking vehicles, and claims no responsibility for windows, hatches/trunks, sun/moon roofs left open.  Please close all windows and turn radio off.
